On Wednesday October 28th 2015, five students of ITB consisting of two Civil Engineering students, two Environmental Engineering students, and one Ocean Engineering student departed from Jakarta and arrived in Osaka on Thursday, October 29th 2015. During the two days before the student exchange activities, they got around Osaka and Kyoto. They visited Osaka Castle and Dotonburi. While in Kyoto, they visited Fushi Inari, Kiyomizu-Dera, and Arashiyama.
On November 1st 2015, they went to Matsuyama where Ehime University is located. On arrival at the airport, they were picked up by Professor Hide Yasuhara along with four student representatives of Ehime University. Then, they headed to Imaichi Share House that is located at 1-27 Dogo-Imaichi, Matsuyama. On the first day, they were biking with rental bikes to support activities at Ehime for a month. After that, they continued with campus orientation as well as visit to each laboratory. At the next day, on November 3rd 2015 (Japanese Culture Day), which was a holiday for Japan, they and some Ehime University students were doing city tour to visit Matsuyama Castle and Ninomaru Historical Garden. The next agenda was meeting with the President of Ehime University, Yuichi Ohashi, which was held on November 4th 2015.
